Ella Moves House

Ella’s mum has a new partner and now they’re all moving into a new home together. Ella is not at all happy about this and does all she can to make it clear. As they are moving into the new house, a neighbour’s dog makes off with Ella’s doll Mollie. Ella is distraught but Joe saves the day, chasing the dog and getting Mollie back. Joe’s derring-do wins Ella over and they all live happily ever after!

Angela Hassall lives in Oxford and Norfolk. She has written four novels for older children including Straw Fire and The Sun People. For many years she taught Creative Writing for Oxford University Department of Continuing Education. Now retired and a grandmother she enjoys singing, sailing and writing for younger children.
